can i use TWOV to shanghi exit to hong kong then go to bejing on another TWOV stay

I would like to go to shanghi for three days and bejing for three days with a temporary stop in hong kong for two days. can I do that?

If your itinerary is valid each time then you can use transit without visa as often as you like.
