About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24-Hour TWOV

I'm an Indian passport holder with US green card. Traveling from SFO to DEL with layover of 5 hours in Shanghai, (Pudong Intl) and upon return 8 hours.
1/ Am I eligible for 24-Hour TWOV?
2/ Are there tours available for such short layover duration?

1/ You are eligible for 24-Hour TWOV.
2/ You can choose a one day tour, I guess.

1) Yes
2) No, you will not be allowed to leave the airport of that short of a stop unless its an overnight and you have a hotel.
