how punctual are xijiang airlines in morning

i have a trip on HO 1109 from shanghai
to Shenzhen on 22july.it s 840am.
is this company punctual for such trips?

Some online website says the on schedule rate is about 80%, but for date from July 19 to 23, I guess the chance of delay may higher. It says there can be air traffic control these days.
