how punctual are xijiang airlines in morning

Question

i have a trip on HO 1109 from shanghaito Shenzhen on 22july.it s 840am. is this  company punctual for such trips?thanks

Some online website says the on schedule rate is about 80%, but for date from July 19 to 23, I guess the chance of delay may higher. It says there can be air traffic control these days.
