About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Transits inside china on the first day of expiration?

What if you have a transit on the 1st day of expiration? Will that count as overstayed? Because i will leave on the last day, and the next day i have a transit inside china?

You are obligated to explain your situation to embassy or consulate officials and see whether they will grant a visa. Regardless of that outcome, however, visa-free transit is no longer an option even if you hold an eligible passport, as you are now under a 5-year ban. As ports of entry now collect fingerprints from non-Chinese passport holders, this overstay record will be visible to all border control personnels.
