About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Connecting flight in Shangai. I will travel from JF Kennedy to Osaka

Hello
but will make a connection in Shangai and will stay at shangai airport for 3 hours untill I get my connecting flight.
I am a citizen from DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, I leave in Santo Domingo the capital of my country.
please let me know if citizens of Dominican Republic need a transit visa for shangai.

This is my itinerari.

22 JUL JF KENNEDY - SHANGAI 0150AM 0440AM +1
23 JUL SHANGAI - OSAKA 0915AM 1210 PM

You will be covered for the 24 hour direct transit for New York > Shanghai > Japan
