About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Visa advice

Can you advise on type of visa I need for the following holiday. 2nd Oct fly to Beijing for 6 days then on 7th Oct join cruise ship to visit Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam & Singapore. Fly from Singapore to Beijing airport for connecting flight to London Heathrow. On 21st Oct.
Two travellers both British citizens.

Hi, if your travel route would be UK-Beijing (6 days)-Japan, and Singapore-Beijing-UK, you can enjoy free transit in Beijing in both ways. No visa will be needed.
