About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Staff travel ticket

Hi,

I am a New Zealander planning on transiting through PVG en route to the UK. I work for an Airline and I will be travelling on a staff travel, standby ticket. So I will need to process through customs at PVG, re-check my bag and confirm my next staff travel ticket with the next airline onto the UK.

I will have a purchased airline ticket to the UK for same day of arrival into PVG but not a confirmed seat number as such.

Is this ok?

Standby travelers are not eligible for the Transit without Visa. Both Inbound ticket and outbound ticket must be confirmed.
