drop offpick up of documents by third party at embassy

Question

Currently in the USA on a short work and travel entry permit for 4 months and was planning to visit china for a week after the USA entry permit end in September. Could i send my papers to a friend for application in Zimbabwe as i have been advised that i can not apply here as it is a short term visa. Thank you

You cannot send your papers to a friend for application in Zimbabwe if you are currently in USA. You are advised to go back to your country for the application or you can find an agency to help you make the application.
