If you have ARC card in South Korea, you can try to apply for tourist L type. First, you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, ARC card, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Next, submit the application to the CVASC.

Unless you are not of Chinese descent, no Chinese visa of any kind will be issued to BN(O) passport holders and you will need a Chinese Travel Document (which may require you to apply and receive a HKSAR passport first but that varies by consulate) or a Home Return Permit which could only be applied for in HK or Macau.
