Hong Kong Transit visa required for Cambodian?

Does a Cambodian require a Transit entry permit for Hong Kong if they are transiting less than 12 hours and do not leave the transit area of airport?

Hi, as you do not leave the transit area of airport, you don't need a visa for that transit in HK, I suppose.
