About:Marriage Registration in China

Visa.. I got married here in china with a chinese guy and I'm a filipina

Do i still need to register our marriage certificate in Philippines or no need?

You don't need to do that. But if you want to use your marriage certificate in your country, you can authenticate your certificate from the Philippine embassy in China in advance.
