About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is Shenzen still barred from 24 Hr TWOV

We will be on Costa cruise - form singapore - vietnam - stop at shenhzen 7 hrs and onto Hongkong.

There is no free transit in Shenzhen. You should apply for a visa beforehand.
