From Howard Johnson Hongqiao Airport hotel to the City

Would like to travel on the Maglev train to the City and to the Shanghai Towers and back to the Hotel any suggestions please

Well, first of all, the Maglev train only operates between Pudong Airport and Longyang Road City. Thus you cannot take the maglev from your hotel.
About the transportation from your hotel to Shanghai Tower, walk east around 950 meters to get to Xinghong Road Shenzheng Road first. Take bus Hongqiao Business Area Line 1 to Shenhong Road Zhouhong Road. Then transfer to metro line 2 to Lujiazui Station, Exit 6. Afterwards, walk southeast around 850 meters to find the destination. The return way is the same. Don't worry.
