About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Both ways entry

I am going from Poland to Vietnam trough Beijing airport. The first way I have a stop of 20h and on the return flight 14days later I have 17h. Will it be possible to leave the airport on this kind of free visa both ways or just one way?

Yes transit without visa should be no problem in Beijing both ways . You shouldn't have an issues leaving the airport. They will likely only give you the 24 hour twov and not the full 144 hour transit.
