About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

on asylum in China but would now like to go home

hie guys i have been in china gor 1 year and i have overstayed for 6 months i applied for asylum and i have asylum but now i want to go home can i leave China without paying a fine

Usually, you need to pay the fine of 500 RMB per day after overstaying. Thus, I cannot give you a definite answer. You can call the local police station to inquire that.
