Hi, What is the best transport to use going to Sheraton Hotel from Jiangbei airport? Metro or Cab?

Both are available. If you use public transport, you can take the shuttle bus line K05 to Four-kilometer hub station and transfer to Bus Line 872. Get off at the Sihai Road and walk about 100m you can get the hotel. It takes about 50 minutes and the fare is about CNY 20.
If you take a taxi, it takes about 30minutes and the fare is about CNY 50.
