About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Im from China live here in ameica. My personal Chinese ID is going to expire July 18, what do i do

Can I go to the Chinese consolute in los angeles to get my finger print and photo done to renew my personal Chinise ID card renewed or do I have to go back to China?

I'm afraid you need to go back to mainland China to renew your Chinese ID. You will be fine in USA as long as your passport is valid.
