About:Chinese Embassy in Turkey

About not having the original of Invitation Letter, and if someone can apply on my behalf.

I am a citizen of Morocco, but I live in Ankara (student residence). I was invited to attend two Summer School in Tsinghua University from 24th July to 16th August.

1- Given the nature of my trip to China, which type of entry permit should I apply for? I guess, is it type F?

2- In the case it is F, then I want to ask: I have examined the PDF about required documents to submit for F, but I don't have with me the original of the two Invitation Letters (I was only emailed the scanned format as attached). Would that be okay to just submit the printout of those two letters?

3- Also, very importantly, I have to get my visa by latest on Monday the 23rd July 2018 in order to catch my flight on the night of the same day. So I want to get my appointment as soon as today or tomorrow, but the issue is that I am not in Ankara until 13th July (if I apply on the first working day after my return, which will be 16th July, I only have 7 days until I get entry permit). Can my sister who is in Ankara now, bring you the passport, fees and all documents, and she can apply on my behalf?

I really hope you can reply me as soon as you can, because it is really urgent.

1- Maybe you can apply for the type F. Just give it a try.
2-It would not be okay to just submit the printout of those two letters because the original letters are required.
3-If you want to apply in Turkey, you should be there, so you cannot send the application to your sister. You can try to apply for the 4-day rush service when submitting the application.

Thank you very much Nan for your quick response.
1- I will then try the type F.
2- It will be impossible to get the original of the two letters by postal service from my inviting university. I wonder if the consulate can accept that they can be faxed to them.
3- So in this case I have to wait until Monday 16th to apply, which means I will only have 7 days to get visa (less than 4 working days, because the Embassy in Ankara opens only 3 days per week). I will try this rush service hoping it can be enough to issue my application.
