I am a Metal Dragon (March 9 2000)

Could i be in a relationship with someone born in June 1992? I really think i love this person, but I'm not sure it would work out as anything more than friends, also i think they're a little closed off to a relationship in general. Any tips on getting them out of their shell? (they are a Cancer by western terms).
