About:China Student Visa

Applying for x1 visa inside china

Hi i have x2 now that will be expired in August i want to apply for x1 should it be convert from here or i have to exit..?? or if i got x2 from inside china it will be for 6 month or 1 year..??

Hi, it's possible to change the X2 into X1 at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can be done, you don't need to leave China.
