apply students visa inside china

hi I am a Filipino and currently  in Shenzhen I would like to know if I can apply student X inside China without exiting the country I'm holding M this this time.

Hi, it's possible for you to change the M type into X type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can succeed, you don’t need to go back to your home country for that. Just give it a try!
