Z Visa, direct hire

Hello there! Need some help especially to those Filipinos who were directly hired and applied Z here in the PH as of May 2018, I already have employer and work permit in Beijing, I know that the next step is to apply for the z and for the POEA processing, I'm confused about the lifting of direct hire ban, was it totally lifted or are there still some exceptions, any insights are much appreciated. TIA

Hi, if you can meet all requirements, you could be hired directly, I suppose. If you are still worried, you can call the China embassy to confirm that.

Hello, I am also currently processing docs as Direct Hire and currently here in the Philippines. What steps did you do to get the work permit? What documents do you need to submit? Thank you

Hi Mary, the documents that I sent my employer to process my work permit in China are DFA authenticated tor, diploma and nbi clearance then it should also be authenticated by the Chinese Embassy here in PH
