Job Promotion/Career Advancement

Hello all, hope everything is going well and you're happy with good health. I am curious to see if anyone will be able to help me with an issue. The issue is my job. I love what I do (I teach elementary aged children in an after-school program), and don't plan on doing anything else. I was recently turned down twice for the more advanced position in the after school program, and now three positions have opened up in June. I applied to all three. I have yet to receive a call for an interview, but was wondering if this third time will be my lucky break. My name is Mark Huertas and my birthday is April 13, 1990 and was born in Bellflower, CA at 12:53AM PT. Hope someone is willing and able to help. Take care everyone!

Hi, Mark, I got your problem. I think you can have a good talk with your leader to find out why you are turned down for twice and correct your mistakes. To be honest, the prediction shows that you may have conflicts with your leaders and you are advised to keep good relationships with colleagues or leaders so that you may have the chance of a higher position.
