i plan to visit panjin on 6-9-18 from Shengyang

Will i be able to see the red colour beach given the date?

How should i get to red sea from shengyang airport?

Yes, you will. You can take the airport bus Panjin Line to Panjin first. Then walk about 500m you can take the red beach special line from Ruishi Hotel to the destination.
