requirement for 5 years multiple visa for overseas Chinese

Hi,
I learn from China daily, that ethnic Chinese living overseas  will  be  able to apply for a Chinese visa starting February 1, 2018 that will be valid for multiple entries over five years.
Could you inform us which category entry permit it is and how to apply?

Hi, if you have Netherlands passport, I'm afraid you cannot get a over five years multiple entries. If you want to go to China for sightseeing, it's possible for you to get a 12-month multiple entries tourist L type for mainland China if you can meet all requirements. You can have a try.

Ethnic Chinese living overseas will be able to apply for a Chinese visa starting next month that will be valid for multiple entries over five years, the Ministry of Public Security said on Monday.
