Do I need a China Visa

I will be travelling to Inner Mongolia, by air via Beijing into Hohhot (inner Mongolia) on the 7th Sept 2018. 18th Sept I will fly out of Taiyuan into Beijing and leave Beijing on the 22nd Sept 2018. So I need China visa or a Mongolia's?

Singaporeans no need China or Mongolia entry eprmit if the visit to China is less than 15 days and the visit to Mongolia is less than 14 days.
