For high speed railway stations, lifts for wheelchair acess can be find usually. But it would be better if you reach the station a little early in advance to find it and directions. The English signs are not as good as expectation, but some simple direction like ticket office, waiting room, platform etc still can be find. You can choose to buy the tickets online in advance. This website also offer delivery service so that you can have your paper tickets delivered to your hotel in advance.
