Question about my tour from Shanghai to Suzhou. Thanks

I will travel to Shanghai,and after my three stays in Shanghai, I decide to tour Suzhou for two days. I would like to know that how far is it from Shanghai to Suzhou? What is the best way to transfer to Suzhou? How can I get there?

The distance from Shanghai to Suzhou is about 100 km (62 miles), so I think the best way to get to Suzhou from Shanghai is to take a bullet train which will spend around 35 minutes on the way, and the fare is about CNY 30 for the second class seats. You can take the bullet train at Shanghai Hongqiao Railway station and get down at Suzhou North Railway Station.
