According to the domestic airlines policy, if the eligible Portable Battery Pack is below 100 wh (20000 mA), you could take it with you on the plane. If it is over 100wh, but below 160 wh, you need to hand in the application to the airline and get their approval first.

As your battery is 27000mA (135wh), you can try to hand in the application firstly. It is hard to confirm whether your battery could be brought on the plane smoothly or not. As the battery items are checked strictly by airlines.
