Hello, I am Cuban and I lived in Canada. I only have my cuban nationality. I would like to travel To Indonesia and there would be a 14hours stop in Bejing. I was wondering if I would be eligible for the 24 Hours direct transit or if I need to ask for special permit To be authorised while waiting for my porter Flight.
