About:Embassy of Romania in China

I will arrive at 8:30 pm in Qingdao and like to go to Jinan . How can I get the bus?

Or if there is any train at 10pm or after that, seems ok for me.

Well, according to your arriving time, there is no long-distance bus that operates to Jinan. The only train departs at 21:00 that can take you to Daminghu Railway Station. But the time is too tight to catch. Thus you are advised to stay at a hotel nearby the railway station and start off in the next early morning.
