About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

China 24 hour visa

I will be taking a cruise with an 8 hour port stop in Sanya followed by next port of Hong Kong - not visitiung any other Chinese ports. Will a 24 hour twov suffice and how do I obtain one?
