About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Dutch citizen applying for a Chinese student visa in Bangkok.

Dear Sir/Madan,

I would like to ask you if it is possible for a Dutch citizen to apply for a Chinese student X (for in my Dutch passport) in Thailand? I'm going on a holiday to Thailand soon and therefore I do not have time left to apply for a Chinese student X in the Netherlands (my country of residence).

Thank you in advance for replying.

Kind regards,

Forgot to mention that I'm going on an exchange for one semester, and not a full-time study course.
