i have to choose either october endnovember end to visit ningbo'putoshan.

Question

Need advise to choose which month is better  in terms of weather, and better rate of hotel stay etc.Will November end to cold to visit 'Putohan'. Does any strong wind or typhoon occur during this 2 months? As the ferry might close due tobad weather and I will miss my visit to Puotoshan.Is there any store in ningbo which I can purchase  a train ticket instead of buying in the train station.

I think October end is better and it will be a little cold in November end. Strong wind or typhoon usually occurs in summer days. Yes, there are several stores in NB you can purchase a train ticket.
