I have to choose either October end or November end to visit Ningbo and 'Putoshan".

Need advise to choose which month is better in terms of weather, and better rate of hotel stay etc.
Will November end to cold to visit 'Putohan'.
Does any strong wind or typhoon occur during this 2 months? As the ferry might close due to
bad weather and I will miss my visit to Puotoshan.

Is there any store in ningbo which I can purchase a train ticket instead of buying in the train station.
