and i want to get business M, what is the requirements? i'm a filipino from philippines but i have an Emirates issued on Dubai. and the payment?

If you want to apply for Chinese business M type in UAE, you may need to provide your passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, residence permit in there, an invitation letter from your Chinese business partner. You may need to pay 110 dirhams for the application.
