I am French citizen, flying to Beijing and I would like to leave China from BJ

to go to Mongolia with the transiberian train. The train leaves from BJ Main station. Is that possible for me to do this trip with this 144h visa or should I get a tourist visa? I cannot find this info anywhere. Thank you so much
