lost passport in italy while i'm a student in china how do i enter china back

Question

I lost my passport in Rome. In it i have a Chinese resident permit but now i have been to Chinese embassy they said I cant get any kind of visa to enter china back unless I go back to my country which is Nigeria. If i had time i could go, BUT I AM ONLY HERE FOR A CONFERENCE AND I HAVE TO WRITE EXAMS IN MY SCHOOL NEXT WEEK...Please give me suggestions...

Hi, if you were told to go back to your home country by the consular officers, you are advised to apply for a new visa for mainland China in your country. Or you can try to find an agency to help you make the application. Good luck.
