Question

I was on a Z and tried to change it to a spouse visa at the PSB. Didn't work, now they want me to go back to my home country. I'm thinking of going to HK, but I'm worried that I might not be able to get a Q1. Any suggestions?

Hi, maybe you can get the Q1 type at the office of the commissioner of the ministry of foreign affairs of PRC in HK SAR. But I cannot guarantee the result. You can call them to ask if you can get it before you do that. Just give it a try. Good luck.
