Hi, My family is travelling to Delhi,India and have a 15 hrs layover in Shanghai. Can they get a 24 hr stay permit and use a hotel within 5-10 miles of Pudong international airport to relax and refresh.They will have the Boarding passes and Indian passports with them. What else do they need ?Do they need to inform the US airport checkin counter about this stay ?
