About:Jinshanling Great Wall

Camping at Jinshaling and hiking route

Hey guys,

I want to know if it's possible to camping at Jinshanling since I read on this page. Have anyone here experience this?

I have understand you can hike to Simatai from Jinshanling, but then you have to get out of wall and buy ticket again. Right?

Yes, you can camping at Jinshaling but many people prefer to hike from Simatai to Jinshanling, which is more convenient for the back trip to the downtown.
