Travel from Shanghai to Hanzhong

Hi all..
If I am traveling from Shanghai to Hanzhong,
what type of ride will it be,
how long will it take,
how would I know what train to get on and on which station to get off?
The overlays are to long.

If to Hanzhong, there is a direct high speed ride which takes around 8.5 hours. There is also a slow direct ride which takes 29.5 hours. To take the train, you will go to its departure station, find the correct waiting room and go through the checking gate and reach the platform for your ride. When your destination is approaching, there will be notice in the carriage.
