Where is the bus from Dongzhimen?

We went to Dongzhimen to catch the bus, but there was no info on where it departed and no one at the station had any idea. So we went to Wangjing East and after a while it turned up there, about 8:30. There were six other tourists on the bus. On the return bus we were dropped at Dongzhimen (with no stop at Wangjing), but far from the Metro/Airport Express/Main bus terminal. Is this where they depart? If so maybe you guide people a little better. Also the bus fare was 50 p.p./one way, not 32. So either you are way outdated, or they made a huge price raise recently.
Also the shuttle bus is not free, but 10/way from parking to gate, roughly 1000 meters.
Last thing, you might want to mention the Kylin is off limits to visitors.
