There is no difference for window review but seat F is on the 2-seat side and seat A is on the 3-seat side. The problem is that though both A and F seats are considered window seat, however, the window view is not always good. The windows in the carriages cannot match the seat rows well which means some times you may happen to face the wall between two windows. This problem cannot seen when you buy the tickets, only after your boarding. So it is likely a chance problem!
