About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Overstayed by a few hours?

I have a ticket out of China for the final day allowed on my visa. My flight is at 10pm. But there is a layover in another Chinese city, with the next flight leaving a couple of hours passed midnight. Will I be fined? Or since my whole flight starts off before visa expiry I'll be ok?

Hi, as you don't overstay your visa in mainland China deliberately, and the overstaying time is not very long, you won't be fined, I suppose. Don't worry about that too much.
