About:Guangzhou - Shenzhen - Hong Kong High Speed Train

Which area to stay if we wish to try new HSR?

We are going to Guangzhou in Dec. Which is the best and most convenient area to stay in Guangzhou, in order to try the new HSR from Guangzhou > HongKong? Will staying in Tianhe too far from the HSR station?

As I know the new HSR should be use GZ South Station which is very far from the city center area. Staying at a hotel there can be inconvenient for your visiting in the city. Metro line 2 and line 7 can reach the South Station, so maybe you can choose a hotel in city area but closer to a metro station.
