About:Tiger's Horoscope in 2025

Job Change Promotion

Birth year 1974 and month Jul
I just completed my interview on last Friday . It is a lateral movement from my current department to another department with no jump in grade .
They will let us know the result in coming week . My 3 important questions ,
1)how high my chances to get it ?
2)can I ask to adjust my pay slightly ?
3)will I be Happy in this new department if I get selected ?
