ticket delivery

Question

I would like to buy two first class tickets from Chengdu to Xian on 5/9/2018. Will the tickets be sent by email so they can be printed.?  Or are they delivered to my home address. How fare in advance can I buy the tickets

You could book it 20-30 days in advance. They only deliver ticket to address in China, you could let them deliver to your hotel in Chengdu. Or you could choose to collect tickets at the station, they will give you a number, you use the number and your passport to pick-up paper tickets at the station.
