Ive always been employed but am unemployed for the2nd time in a year

Lost my first job in healthcare after 7 years for being sick for a week.
Left the most recent pharmacy job due to BAD energy and chaos:misfills,sexual comments from rph,passive aggressive coworkers,no vaca or sick pay for 6 months and the wages were $6.00 LESS an hour than previous job.
Where/when will my next job be?Is pay good/better.What trade/career?
