My flight is Sydney-Shanghai-Incheon. Do I have free transit in Shanghai?

I want under 24hour transit. Do I have free transit in Shanghai?

Yes, you can. You can have the free transit in SH.

Under 24 hour usually they might allow you to leave the airport if you have a hotel booking. Its up to discretion of the officer in Shanghai whether to allow this or not.
