About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Order placed on the 23 April 2018 Via Ray ban online shop

Good day

I am wondering if you can be of an assistance to me as i placed a order online at Ray Ban they debited my account and up until today i haven't heard anything from them as yet nor was the "17 Track all in one package tracking" information been updated. it was last updated on the 16th May 2018.

I am all the way in South Africa. Is there anyway that you can assist me please with a contact number that i can contact them myself, becasue they don't reply to emails.

Did you place the order on its official online shop or somewhere else? I searched Ray Ban online and its official site is under modification so I didn’t find the telephone number.
